Rather than a DIY session, our expertly prepared cocktail flights allow you to fully savor and appreciate each drink as you learn about its origins, cultural significance, and the techniques that make it timeless. This experience provides a lively, immersive way to enjoy the art and stories behind your favorite cocktails.

Branded Experience

Experience exclusive tastings featuring single brands. Dive deep into the history and unique characteristics that set each brand apart.

Comparative Experience

Explore the nuances of various spirits in our comparative classes. Featuring 3-4 brands under one category, such as single barrel bourbon or floral forward gin, these classes offer a side-by-side analysis for a comprehensive understanding.

Private Experience

Enjoy a personalized experience within your selected price range at the time and date of your choosing, without any added cost. Perfect for groups of up to 12 guests. Hand select a theme or brand, and Whitney Rye will build a class tailored to your preferences.

Cocktail or Specialty Experience

Discover the art of cocktail making with our partner Cruz Elixir Co. and bar expert Katie Cruz. Experiences feature two ounce cocktails in a flight format or a hands on Do It Yourself session where guests learn to make cocktails at home. Options range from brunch cocktails to shaken or stirred classics, bourbon forward or other spirits. This is a fun and interactive tasting experience at The Parlor Room without a focus on neat pours.
